Waveney River Centre Facilitation Hub

The aim of this project is to construct a new facilitation hub which will be used to service the whole of the Waveney River Centre. This will take place on the site of some existing derelict cattle sheds to the rear of the Waveney Inn which will be demolished and replaced with a new building.
Following the growth of the business, there were no longer adequate facilities for office and administration purposes, storage of linen for accommodation and other peripheral items and also no staff facilities (staff room, kitchen, and toilet). The old infrastructure for storage, staff amenities and administration space did not allow further expansion of the business and therefore meant that without this facility the business could not continue to grow despite having planning consent for an additional 24 holiday lodges.
The business is extremely committed to moving the Waveney Valley identity forward, encouraging more visitors to the area, providing more facilities for local residents of the Waveney Valley to enjoy and in turn employing more people from the local, rural community. The project will enable the construction of the facilitation hub, enabling additional high quality, luxury lodges which in turn will allow future business expansion.
